Security Alert: Beware of Fake Bitpie Accounts on Telegram
2026-01-16
Recently, we have received feedback from users regarding fake 'Bitpie Bots', fake 'Bitpie Groups', fake 'Bitpie Official Channels', and fake 'Bitpie Customer Service' accounts appearing on Telegram. These accounts attempt to induce users into performing operations to defraud them of their funds.
Please Note:
The Telegram accounts @btepkf, @bitepbot, @bitpie_cn_bot, @bitpie_IO, @kefu_bitpie, and @WPS_Officel are all scam accounts.

These accounts have no relationship whatsoever with Bitpie official. Please do not interact with them in any way.
Do not reveal your mnemonic phrase, private key, or transfer funds to any Telegram account; otherwise, your funds will be stolen by scammers.
Important Statement:
We have repeatedly announced over the years that Bitpie official has no Telegram accounts or groups. Refer to: "Statement on Preventing Fake Telegram Customer Service and Imitation Bitpie Telegram Groups"
Except for the official email [email protected], all channels claiming to be "Bitpie Customer Service" are scams.
The only official Bitpie website is: https://bitpie.com. Apart from the aforementioned URL, any other website claiming to be the "Bitpie Official Website" is a fake. Downloading and installing a fake wallet from a fake website will result in the leakage of your mnemonic phrase/private key, leading to the direct theft of funds which cannot be recovered.
We urge all users to remain vigilant and protect the security of their assets.
