Recently, users have reported that malicious actors are sending emails impersonating the “FTX Compensation” official, claiming “your compensation application has been approved, and you need to sync your digital wallet and enter your 12-word English mnemonic,” in order to lure users into entering their mnemonic or private key on phishing websites, with the intent to steal their assets.

Please be advised: if your mnemonic phrase is leaked, anyone can fully control and transfer your wallet assets.

Important Reminder:

1. Never disclose your mnemonic or private key to anyone.

2. Any individual or website requesting your mnemonic or private key is fraudulent.

3. If you encounter any suspicious information, immediately cease operations and verify through official channels. Protect your assets and stay safe from scams.
